SEO & Optimization

A beautiful site that nobody finds isn't working. Our SEO and optimization service makes sure search engines can read your site, that it loads fast and behaves correctly on every device. This is not a one-off setup — it is a cycle of measuring, fixing and measuring again.

How we run SEO

Work starts with an audit: we crawl the site page by page and measure — indexing problems, duplicate titles, broken links, structured data, speed metrics. The output is numbers, not opinions. Then we rank the findings by impact and execute.

Keyword research follows how your customers actually search, not industry jargon. "Website development" and "website price" carry different intent and need different pages. We assign one primary topic per page so your own pages don't compete with each other.

Technical SEO

  • Indexing: robots.txt, sitemap, canonical and hreflang setup
  • Structured data: Organization, Service, Article, FAQ and breadcrumb markup
  • Heading hierarchy and unique metadata on every page
  • Internal linking so pages reinforce each other
  • Cleaning up broken links and redirect chains

Speed optimization

Google measures three things: when the main content appears (LCP), how fast the page answers a click (INP) and whether the layout jumps (CLS). We measure these in a real browser, find the cause and fix it — image compression, deferring scripts, cutting font payload, setting cache rules.

One example from our own site: main content appeared in 2.52 seconds. We assumed fonts were the cause and fixed them — first paint dropped from 0.88s to 0.48s, but the main metric didn't move. Re-measuring showed the real cause was the entrance animation. We fixed that too: 1.57 seconds. It is a good illustration of why we don't skip measurement.

Cross-device compatibility

Google evaluates the mobile version first. So every project is checked separately on phone, tablet and desktop: text legibility, tap target sizes, form behaviour, image scaling. We also confirm core functionality still works on older browsers.

Measurement and reporting

The value of SEO work is in being able to show it. We set up Search Console and Analytics, track conversion actions (forms, calls, messages) and report monthly on which pages actually bring customers. Without measurement a ranking gain is just a number; with it, it is a business result.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee first position — and we'd suggest walking away from any agency that does, because rankings depend on Google's algorithm and on what competitors do, neither of which any contractor controls. What we do promise is measurable: technical problems fixed, content expanded, conversion tracking installed, monthly reporting.

For the same reason we don't sell "number of keywords" either. A single page appearing across dozens of variations is normal; the real question is how many of those visits turn into enquiries. That is why our reporting is built around conversions rather than rankings.

What an audit gives you

  • A full crawl — title, description, canonical and structured data status of every page
  • Indexing problems: which pages Google cannot see, and why
  • Speed measurements in a real browser, split by device
  • Competitor comparison: what they have that we don't
  • A prioritized execution plan — what to start with, what can wait

How long it takes

Technical audit and fixes are 2–4 weeks of work. Content and ranking work is continuous — a few pages a month, with ongoing measurement and adjustment. In our experience the first meaningful movement shows after the third month; treat anything promising faster with suspicion.

You can also start with the audit alone: you get the findings as a document and run the execution with your own team if you prefer. That is fine by us — the document includes the fixes as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Technical fixes can show within 2–4 weeks; ranking movement usually takes 3–6 months, longer in competitive niches. Be wary of anyone promising faster.

No, and nobody credibly can — rankings depend on Google's algorithm and on what competitors do. We guarantee the work that can be measured: technical fixes, content and monthly reporting.

Yes, even more so. Getting structure, URLs and structured data right while building means nothing has to be retrofitted later — and retrofitting is always more expensive.

A slow site loses visitors and ranks lower. A significant share of mobile users won't wait more than three seconds — so speed is a sales issue, not a technical one.

Yes. An audit includes a full crawl, a prioritized list of technical findings, competitor comparison and an execution plan, delivered as a document.
