The domain is registered in your name
It is a common problem locally: the agency registers the domain under its own name and the client can never get it back. We don't do that — the domain goes in your or your company's name and you hold the credentials. If you stop working with us, the domain stays with you.
Extension matters too. A .az domain signals a local presence and helps in local search; .com reads as international. Often the right answer is to hold both and redirect one to the other — we walk through the tradeoffs together.
Hosting decides your speed
Cheap hosting doesn't cost you seconds a day — it costs a few hundred milliseconds on every single visit, and that feeds directly into search rankings. We match hosting to the project: shared hosting is fine for a simple corporate site, while e-commerce and high-traffic sites need dedicated resources.
For static sites we take a different route: pages are served as ready files from a global network, so server wait time drops to almost nothing. Our own site works this way — pages open in 100–200 milliseconds.
Business email and SSL
- Addresses at @yourcompany.az — a business writing from gmail doesn't read as serious
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records — without them your mail lands in spam
- SSL certificates with automatic renewal — no more "not secure" warnings
- Correct DNS setup so site, mail and subdomains don't interfere with each other
Ongoing maintenance
Work doesn't end at launch: platform updates, security patches, backups and certificate renewals keep coming. Our maintenance package takes that on — you run the business, we keep the site healthy.
Domain and hosting costs are not part of the site price and we add no markup — they are billed at cost. You can also buy them yourself and we'll only handle the setup.
The three problems we see most
First, the domain sitting in someone else's name. A client uses the site for years, then ends the relationship and cannot get the domain back. Second, an expired domain: the renewal notice went to an old email address nobody reads, and one morning the site simply stops loading. Third, email landing in spam: a customer writes, no reply arrives, because the message never got through.
All three are technically simple to prevent — but only if handled up front. So on every project we settle domain ownership, where renewal notices go, and the mail records on day one.
Which hosting you actually need
- Static site (corporate, portfolio, landing) — pages served as ready files; fastest and cheapest
- Dynamic site (CMS, blog, admin panel) — needs a server side; shared hosting is usually enough
- E-commerce — stock, payments and user accounts need dedicated resources and daily backups
- High traffic — dedicated server or cloud infrastructure; costs rise here, but so does resilience
Transparent cost
We add no markup to domain and hosting costs. The invoice is in your name and we only handle setup and management. It looks like a small detail, but it is the foundation of a long working relationship — because you know exactly what you are paying for.
